After the first in a new series introduced last week on Just Football, in which we bring you a regular dose of the finest football Tumblrs around, here are three more that have been keeping us mightily entertained this week:
1) I Got Cider in my Ear -?Heavy on vintage photos, Inter, Serie A and Gli Azzurri, with occasional appearances from?Brazil, Ligue 1, Frenchies, old Brits and assorted Russians. Sadly the most recent post announces that the Tumblr is being discontinued, but even if that proves the case (and we sincerely hope not), the archives are full of wonderful vintage snaps to warm the cockles. Look! Pele in goal!
2) Miniboro ? A selection of illustrations and general musings from the dog-eared pages miniboro.com. Steve Welsh runs an excellent website full of his own football art and illustrations, with the occasional interview thrown in, usually Middlesbrough focussed. The main site miniboro.com is also well worth a visit ? some of the prints and t-shirts available are superb (the latest, Italian catenaccio prints a personal favourite).
Calcio Nel Cuore ? After the success of Italy at 2012 we thought we?d pay tribute with an Italian football-themed Tumblr, and this is one of the best. Calcio Nel Cuore is a celebration of anything and everything related to gli Azzurri and the Serie A. Features an array of pictures and quotes, although the non-native speakers of us may need Google Translate to get full value.
